Relationships can be one of the most meaningful parts of life. But, at the same time, they are also one of the most challenging. When communication breaks down, conflicts repeat, or distance starts to grow, it can feel frustrating, exhausting, and even discouraging.
Couples counseling offers a space for both you and your partner to slow things down, understand each other more clearly, and begin rebuilding connection in a way that’s genuine and lasting.
Couples counseling and marriage counseling both focus on helping you strengthen your relationship, no matter what stage you’re in. Whether you’re dating, engaged, married, or navigating a long-term partnership, the goal is the same: to help you better understand each other and create a healthier, more connected relationship.
Together, we focus on improving communication, working through challenges, and rebuilding trust in a way that feels supportive and practical. Whether you’re trying to repair your relationship or simply want to grow stronger as a couple, this work is about helping both of you move forward with clarity and intention.

I was born and raised in California and moved to Arizona almost 10 years ago. I come from an Asian American household and blended myself into a Hispanic American household through my adolescent and young adult years. Mental health has been a big part of my roller coaster of a life, and the mental health field has given me the passion and dedication to guide others to become the expert of their lives.
I was drawn to becoming a therapist because I love helping people navigate themselves for a better quality of life. It's important for me to provide a space for others to be their true authentic selves and to become aware of their strengths and skills. My approach is nonjudgmental and comfortable, and I enjoy working with pre-teens, teens, adolescents, adults, and couples struggling with anxiety, depression, OCD, life transitions, and relationship issues.
Outside of sessions, I love all cultured food, enjoy singing, and showing my creative side by designing t-shirts.
I became a therapist because I've always felt a strong pull toward helping others grow into the best versions of themselves. What matters most to me in this work is building genuine, meaningful connections where clients feel seen, heard and supported. I believe that healing begins in a space rooted in compassion and empathy.
My approach to therapy centers on creating a safe, trusting and collaborative relationship. I meet each client with understanding and respect, tailoring my work to their unique experiences and goals. I specialize in working with trauma, relationship challenges, and a range of mental health concerns, striving to help clients navigate these areas with care and empowerment.
Outside of my professional life, I'm a big movie enthusiast. At one point, I even set a goal to see every movie playing in theaters for an entire year. I genuinely enjoy pop culture, and you'll often find me referencing a favorite film or song in everyday life. It's one of the ways I connect, relate and bring a bit of personality into my work and personal life.

Usually, yes. Couples counseling is most effective when both partners are actively involved. Occasionally, individual sessions may be recommended if it supports the process.
That’s very common. The free consultation is a great way to ask questions, understand how the process works, and decide together if this feels like the right step.
While our therapists don't accept insurance directly, they can provide superbills for you to submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement. Many clients get a significant portion of their therapy costs covered this way.
Yes! Many couples start therapy when things feel stuck or overwhelming. Counseling provides structure and guidance to help you work through even challenging situations.
If your relationship has been feeling strained, distant, or stuck, couples counseling can be a meaningful step forward.
We invite you to book a free initial consultation. This is a chance to talk about what’s been going on, learn more about how we work with couples, and decide if this feels like the right next step. There’s no pressure to commit.
